The fam and I just got back from 9 days in Japan so instead of sharing 10 photos from 1 day, I decided to post 10 photos from our trip. The hubby and I visited Japan 3 years ago and we were excited to go back with the little one.

Waiting to board the plane. Her 18th flight in 26 months!

First subway ride, ever.

Bikes for days. Dotonbori.

Pine cones in Arashiyama.

AMAZING bamboo grove in Arashiyama.

Dandelion.

Family day at Osaka Castle. Loved the taiko performance.

They have a thing for big ferris wheels in Japan. There are at least 3 within an hour of where we stayed.

Children’s day at the zoo.

On our last day we headed to Nara, where there are deer roaming free all over. So glad I got shots of Kaya feeding the deer because she got scared and wouldn’t do it again!

Thanks for stopping by! Now head on over to check out Melinda Meredith Photography‘s 10 on 10 for May.

Christine, every single one of these is just perfect! I can see that your photography skills have grown so much over the last year or so. What an amazing trip this must have been. And what a great little world traveler you have! 18 flights! I’ve only ever flown twice in 36 years. (sad, i know!)
